So moscoff starts telling us how he knows how to manufacture anything you need in China. Meanwhile, the guy has never been there, knows nothing of the culture, and probably can’t even order Wan Tan soup in a restaurant.

Our samples get delayed over and over again. We get nothing but excuses. He then tells us we need to video tape the manufacturing process so he can teach the Chinese how to do it.

Shipment never comes. Customer is miserable. We are almost out of business
